As spring blossoms around us and summer beckons on the horizon, our minds naturally turn to ways of refreshing our bodies with minimal effort. With warmer days ahead, the desire for revitalizing drinks and cooling treats becomes paramount. Whether it's a leisurely afternoon lounging in the sun or a busy day of outdoor activities, the need for hydration and rejuvenation remains constant.

1. Carnelian - Non Alcoholic with Happy Belly Herbal Blend

Carnelian, boasting a vibrant red hue, is one of our non-alcoholic herbal beverages. Once you take the first sip, you'll find it impossible to leave untouched for more than a few seconds. Its flavours are earthy and slightly spicy with a hint of hibiscus in the background.

Cold infusion / Blend & Strain

Garnish

Blend of hibiscus and lemon powder sprinkled on the rim

 

Ingredients

Instructions

  • 400ml water
  • 4g Happy Belly herbal blend
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 20ml Rosemary syrup

> Infuse overnight the herbal
blend Happy Belly in the water and
store in the fridge.

> Next day, strain the herbal blend
> Directly in the glass blend the ingredients,
stir with a spoon
> If you wanna extra fizziness top it with tonic water

 

2. Sweet Root - Cocktail with Throat Chakra Herbal Blend

Made out of Throat Chakra herbal blend, the flavour profile is characterised by a harmonious mix of sweet and citrusy notes with delicate floral undertones. Let yourself be tempted by this naturally sweet golden drink.

Techniques

Cold infusion / Shake & Strain

Garnish

Sprinkles of liquorice candy or Powdered lemon peel

 

Ingredients

Instructions

  • 40ml lemon peel infused gin
  • 1gr Throat chakra herbal blend
  • 80ml water
  • 10ml Licorice syrup (optional)
  • 150ml lemon juice
  • Top with tonic water

> Infuse overnight the herbal blend Throat Chakra in the water. Once it's done, strain the cold infusion. Or you can infuse it warm and cool it down in the fridge.

I would advise to not shake with ice as the drink doesn't need to be more diluted.


The non alcoholic version is also delicious, simply take out the gin.


For your information: over-chilled drinks can result in a lack of taste in your drink. I understand that we all want lots of ice in summer but for the sake of the taste do not overfill your drink with ice.

 

3. Adam's Apple - Non-alcoholic with Mind Tonic Herbal Blend

Made out of the Mind Tonic blend, this is a unique fusion of earthy, herbaceous, and mildly spicy notes. The cardamom really feels refreshing and is perfect for hot summer days.

Crushed ice

Techniques

Cold infusion / Blend & Strain

Garnish

Fresh apple slices & Cardamom powder

 

Ingredients

Instructions

  • 1000ml water
  • 10gr of Mind Tonic herbal blend
  • 40 ml lemon juice
  • 1/2 Apple (46gr)

> Infuse overnight the herbal blend
Mind Tonic in the water. Once it's done,
strain the cold infusion. Or you can infuse
it warm and cool it down in the fridge.

> Strain the infusion
> Add all the ingredients in a blender
> Add the ice in a jar or highball glass
and pour the mix over 

> Add the garnishes


4. Ameixa Doce - Alcoholic with Take it Easy Herbal Blend

Ameixa doce (Sweet Plum) is a perfect balance for the one who likes a bit of alcohol without a strong taste. It will be soft on your palate and leave it with a sweet note. Ingredients

Instructions

  • 20ml Plum liquor
  • 1gr  Take it easy herbal blend
  • 120ml of water 
  • 10ml lemon juice

> Infuse overnight Take it easy
herbal blend in the water and store
in the fridge.

> Once ready blend it with the plum liquor and lemon juice
